The location was sweet as, right near the slopes! But the breakfast was pretty average and the decor felt a bit dated. Still, the staff were choice!

The location is perfect, you see the sunrise directly from
Your room, which was a delightful surprise. The ambiance with the cosy couches near the fireplace in the restaurant is inviting, but the room itself felt a bit dated. a decent stay despite some minor issues.

The hotel has breathtaking mountain panoramas.
During my stay, the heating in the room could not be adjusted, making it unbearably hot at night. Despite opening the windows for fresh air, I was greeted with smoke from the chimney, ruining any chance for comfort. the breakfast offerings were nearly depleted by the time I arrived, and the staff didn’t bother to refill them. This was not what I expected from a hotel at this price point.

The family-friendly facilities were well-organized, making it easy for families to enjoy their stay.
The elevator was so tiny and old that I wasn't sure if it was safe to use during my six-floor climb.

Breathtaking mountain panoramas, cozy fireplace in common areas, complementary access to nature trails
The plumbing noises at night were quite disturbing, the hotel furnishings felt outdated and in need of modernization!!! The cleanliness of shared facilities could use a thorough deep clean!!!

Exceptional mountain views , and the breakfast spread was delightful ! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us , especially with my husband needing extra time in our room.
The lack of air conditioning made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave.
